1) All pets should be leashed / placed in carriers
2) Please be sure to cleanup after your pets responsibly
3) Please be mindful of your pet's interaction with other customers
4) We will not be liable for any injuries / bodily harm for your pets while in our premises
Yes we provide installation services for our home decor and flooring products! Simply give us a WhatsApp message to arrange for a consultation!
The Size Guide is conveniently available on the page of each product. Should you have further questions, do drop us a WhatsApp and we will answer them as soon as we can, or better yet, you are more than welcomed to drop by our showroom / warehouse to view the item in person!
Online Orders
Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days. Next Day Delivery placed before 2pm will be delivered in 1 working day. Unfortunately, we can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier with the tracking number provide is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
The courier will either leave at your doorstep if deemed suitable. Otherwise they may contact you for further arrangements
Unfortunately not, if you require a mix of self collect and delivery, please place 2 separate orders and select the shipment methods accordingly
Self Collection
All Self-Collected orders can only be collected once you have receive an order update from us, we strive to prepare it within 24 hours from your order confirmation.
All self-collection orders that are ready will be held for 1 week from time of order update. We reserve the right to dispose or to release the product from the order after that. No refunds or exchange will be given.
Yes you can, please note that this can only be done once you receive an order update from us that the order is ready for collection.
We also require you to drop us a WhatsApp stating your Order ID and email address / contact number to inform us of your pickup arrangements.
Please also ensure that the person collecting on your behalf checks the order before leaving our store, we will not be liable for any wrong item / defective product once it has left our store.
